- We assess the condition of your concrete and choose the appropriate tooling for the job.
- Then, we grind the top layer of ‘cream’ off the concrete, exposing the scratches of the tooling. This creates a groove that allows the epoxy to bond with the concrete.
- After that, we clean the floor substrate with HEPA vacuums, vacuuming twice before coating.
- Finally, we set up our mixing station with spill-proof tarps, mixers, buckets, and other tools. We follow the technical data sheets for each product and mix them in the correct proportions. Most 100% solid epoxies are 2:1, meaning 2 parts A to 1 part B or vice versa. We apply the product evenly and let it cure for the time allotted for re-coat.
